Hi guys,

Anyone got 8000k hids on there libs? Would be interested to see what they look like. I currently have 6000k but not quite happy with them, not much different from OEM, if anything more of a dirtier bluey/green. Does brand of the HID make a difference in the colour?

Yes.

Yes different brands will give you different colour even with same colour temp.

Philips Ultinon 6000K... Can't believe I sold mine from my last car... About $350 a pair but wow... They'd be brighter than the OEM 4300K. One day I'll buy some for the STi
