Plastidipped Grille
After seeing some nice examples of plastidipping, I thought I'd try it out for myself. After all, it's supposed to be undone quite easily. I was a bit surprised at the result I got.
Pics:

I painted the wings black and "matt" on the chrome surround. Looks quite good from 3 metres away, but what I was surprised about was how rough/course the finish was. I thought it would be quite smooth and rubbery from the photos I've seen. The rough finish isn't a problem but would probably make cleaning a little more difficult. Maybe I did something wrong?
Overall, very easy to use product. The only prep I did was wiping the surfaces down with some rubbing alcohol. Did about 5 or 6 very light coats. The worst thing about this product is reading about people in the US paying $6/can.
