Got and even better idea then stuffing around with your seats....

Go see a proper massage therapist and a chiropractor or osteopath !!!

Pain and issue managed.!!!

I do that every fortnight (massage and accupuncture) and yes it has helped, but that is all. From experience I know that seat heaters also help greatly - the Audi S6 I owned previously had them fitted. In my case, keeping the muscles in the lower back around the spinal chord warm prevents most of the problem but everyone is different.

2.5X and 3.6X were the only 5th generation models optioned with seat heaters afaik.

Yes, the Premium variants had front heated seats.
