EOI/WTB: Gen3 series 2 front bumper to suit RX model

See title. Looking for one in blue and in Good/Very Good condition. Subaru Australia quoted me $566.30 for a bare unpainted bumper. I know this topic belongs in the For Sale section but I don't have access.

Have you had a look into sourcing a bumper from overseas?

No but I did call up my local Subaru dealership and they quoted me $566.30 for a brand new unpainted bumper. No thanks.

How would I go about sourcing one from overseas?
