Nice, I was hoping for some pics of this little project.

What are your thoughts on doing silver instead of black for a silver car?

Nothing else on my car is dark/blacked out but I'm considering painting while I have them open.

Not sure if I'm a fan of the half/half painting...

Hopefully they look good when they look complete.

You can't really paint anything else because it won't be the same black colour and also indicators won't reflect at all so will look stupid. Majestic crows look nice and I think he painted less than what Mark has painted on mine, also he went with Matte black instead of gloss which I don't like the look of.

There is always going to be a dark spot, I told Mark to put mine at the bottom and he agreed that was the best spot. The spot is pretty minimal anyway (same as Brians CCFL)

I dont think its a good idea to black out the indicator background and to a lesser extent the parker as you will fairly reduce the light output due to reduced reflectance.

The bottom section I left chrome as due to it being gloss black, if that lense went back on it'll make that area look matt which may have look out of place.

Everyone has different thoughts though.

That look awesome

I've been pondering about putting a strip of led from top to bottom in the parker area
