Would MY05 body parts fit my MY04??

Im looking online for body parts for my car and alot of them are for the MY05-MY07 model, I dont get why they wont fit on the MY04 model cos it looks exactly the same?

04-06 the same.

07-09 facelift = different.

Then theres differences between 04-06......
