Hamish: you doing yours with the honeychomb behind the grill or more at the front like the factory ones?

I am doing it at the front instead of at the back how Mark has done it. Then putting a carbon fibre badge on the front to go with my Ozracing carbon fibre centre caps.

Nah, I have some vinyl and real carbon weave lying around somewhere from ages ago so will have a play with both.

Sounds good Hamish. You will have a 1 of a kind Grille that nobody else has so you can be unique.

Good news! ;)

Completely up to you, you always make things awesome regardless. As long as the black surround is colourcoded! :P

hahahaa, hopefully

I originally suggested this:

http://www.electrodyne.cc/Merchant2/mer ... Code=44209

But as always Mark ended up getting us some mesh just as nice. Might even do the section in the bumper bar in front of the radiator if it works out

I'll be honest, I don't love it.
It looks nice but I think it would have looked much better if you were able to mount the mesh towards the outside like on the Spec.B Honeycomb grill.

That looks wicked! im not a big fan of the silver on silver badge, personally id be playing around with maybe black stars and trim, but the grille itself looks tops mate!

Black with chrome stars might go with the headlights a little better. Apart from that it looks great! I'm definitely keen to make something just like this for my car. The Spec B honeycomb grille style just doesn't look right to me, this adds more depth to the front end.

Cheers guys.

This is actually made for someone else, not going on my car.

Badge is 100% removable, up to the owners discretion.

Personally I like depth to the mesh grills. Prefer the mesh recessed rather than at the front.
