Clock/Trip Computer Lighting

Postby Noakesy » Tue Aug 30, 2011 11:12 am

Hi Guys, just have a quick question about the clock in my 06 Lib 3.0R-B. The unit functions normally and my question is purely cosmetic, the Display button illuminates when I switch on my Headlights, however the "Set" and "+/-" buttons don't light up. Can anyone tell me if this is normal, like I said it's only cosmetic, I just happened to notice on my way home the other night.

Thanks
Dan

I think it's normal - now that you mention it, I don't know! lol.

Thanks for the reply guys, I've just not noticed it before and for some obscure reason it caught my eye.

I did the same thing, noticed it one day and thought something was wrong. As I've just taken my clock module apart I can tell you there are no illumination bulbs on the set +/- side of the PCB, so its definitely not supposed to light up.
