try this for a go. carbon fibre 3M wrap. Done this on my factory spec B grille.

It is a vinyl wrap, I guess you could compare it to the stuff kids schoolbooks are wrapped in..

Look on eBay, make sure you get the 3M branded stuff. :D

I'm going to spray mine in gloss black. Hope it comes up as good as the wrap! Will post pics when its done

The surround looks great but just the actual grille wings design looks shit. Time for a custom grille!

I definitely prefer this over the chrome, and don't mind it as it is, i just think $300 for a mesh grille is a rip off for something so simple.
Trying to find something priced more reasonably!

Trust me i've read that too!
Still no idea where to buy this stuff or what its called. Or how he got the fibreglass like that, or how he put it in as a backing.
