they look great. The guy who sells these lives up the road. I dropped in a while back to look at those and I couldn't decide on what color to choose!! So I left empty handed! haha. Got pics showing the whole car??

Okay Ill take a new pic tomorrow and get it up for ya out in the sunlight. There is only 1 colour to decide on IMO as the crystal ones would only work on a white or maybe silver car. I was walking back to the car this afternoon after fitting them and just cos they are tinted helps blend the rear end of the car together, b4 I reckon the stock tail lights just looked like some weird animal with its eyes buldging out sort of hehe. With Obsidian black any shiny bright red just didnt match. Now u mention it, it might not look to bad with the crystal ones cos the MY07 onwards have that chrome strip across the tailgate. If you find the actual Hanabi ones you can get a smoked crystal set.... but that was gonna work out about $630 landed in aus. Damn in hindsight thats not to bad either especially if they were genuine, I was just impulsive, these were cheap, and wanted them quick... But none the less I believe these are an improvement over all.
Ill try get the whole car shot in the sun done by lunchtime (WA Time) and up in here for ya.

Cheers
Craig

Nah I'm pretty sure I'm happy wih and stick with my smoked red ones... they seem to match the car very well, where I would call the other options "Different" for our black wagons.
That white wagon looks the goods with those rims and bodykit and light combo.
Looks like from what I can see of the Hanabi ones u posted is that these are these are a very good copy. don't really see any difference. Oh except an awesome price. His ebay service was very good, arrived from Vic to Perth in 3 days.

Ill get that pic up tomorrow.

Hey Sentinal, i went out and snapped off a few for ya. The only thing im not totallly happy with is the big patch of chrome in top half of light, you can see in post 7 of this thread me holding up original against these fitted and see how the originalshave more red around the outside of the lens.
In that regard I reckon the cystal clear ones woud look utter garbage on our dark cars, and this guy doesnt supply the smoked clear ones so youd have to fork out for genuine hanabi ones. The hanabi smoked red ones are identical i believe to these so that big patch of chrome still there... if only i could get that smoked/tinted. Anyway these arent the best photos either but do have whole car shots. Dunno whats going on with the swirl tool in photobucket... got over zealous in couple of shots in some odd spots... cos it savesa over the original couldn't be bothered uploading again. Anyways

Thanks mate. Looks good - I know what you mean about the crystal ones - too much on our car. I reckon the smoked looks lost on the black - think you've got the better combo.

As Jim said, swirl makes that tree and one of your wheels really ef'd!! LOL!

Sorry to dig up my old thread, but.... Just detailed the car today and noticed "HANABI brand" embossed on the bottom of each light... if you look real close to this pic i posted earlier at around the brightest part of the edge of the light near the bottom.... guess they could still be HK Specials.... but yep had em on a few weeks now, also just fitted in the xenon chrome turn signal bulbs that Arith posted in this thread and im very happy with em. I see Mars Performance offer LED tail lights for a lot of cars including 4x4's like Prado's etc. Bloody top value for money anyway you look at it.
