yes it would cause thats what he is using to design the lip. 8)

Is there a 3.0R and a 3.0R spec B? Mine is the spec B. And if so, is there any difference in the front bar?
yes, there was a 3.0R - auto only, no Bilsteins, 17"ers - and a 3.0RB 6 speed manual, 18"ers, Bilsteins.

The front bar was the same on both though

A bit of topic but i've been looking for some prepreg for my little projects - can you please tell me where youre getting the prepreg CF from? And also what are the heat and vaccum requirements for the prepreg to cure?

Thanks :)

I dont work in the industry anymore, my friend who I used to work with has now moved on to build sportscars where he is continuing the work with composites and this is who will be helping me mould and make the parts.

I know that where I used to work, the company used a supplier in Brisbane called Lavender. We only used to use pre-preg material suitable for autoclave curing and high temps(80-125c). But where my friend works now they have switched to pre-preg suitable for non-autoclave cures. I will find out from him what and where he is getting it, apparently the finish is awesome straight out of the bag.

Just spoke to my mate who is organising the materials, he his flat out on some new model that is to be released on Monday, so the mould will have to wait a little bit. Apparently some sportscar is more important than a carbon lip for a LIBERTY!!! (I will have a chat to him about his priorities...) :) So Im hoping to make the mould during next week sometime and to have a part painted and fitted about a week after then.

Thanks for the comments too guys!! Nice to hear after you worked your ass off!

Roughly 1070mm at the top 1130 at the bottom and 20mm deep.

Pity this one wasnt smaller cause even that would probably still look good.
