If they do end up having one that fits the 07-09 GT-B I'd be keen for one too.

If it fits the facelift spec.b bar, I'll be down for one.

Same. If its $210 or less I'm game. I hope the sides of the post face lip are raised, like the genuine Sti and ultrex.

The one in the picture has raised sides.
So long as it fits our bumper.

I'm a bit weary of group buying a bunch for the post facelift if they don't fit .....

Yeah the eBay picture in the second link looks right. The one on marks doesn't seem to raise up.

Yeah, I'm almost keen to buy one and take it to the panel beater and see what they can do. If it's a no go I can just try to sell it... Or buy a JDM bar, what an excuse :)

Only annoyance is I have many a stone chip and scrape in my front bar from the previous owner so I would want to get it resprayed at the same time.
What would that cost roughly?

I've never fitted a lip before, would i have to drill holes underneath to join this to my bar?

Yep. If you don't have an TB STI bumper. Pretty easy to do and the holes can't be seen unless your under the car.

So no drilling needed? Yeah mines just the stock 2.5i bar

Sorry, my reply wasn't very clear. You WILL have to drill holes in any other bar other than an STi. Having said that I can't be sure the original mounting holes in the STi bar will line up with said lip.

They will only have to be pretty small holes as I'm assuming thread clips will need to be used?

He said yep to your question about needing to drill.

If you have the TB STi then obviously that comes with the STi front lip fitted, so the holes are already drilled for you. Otherwise you will need to drill the holes. It's easy to do.

The Lip uses some of those pre existing holes, but more need to be drilled also.
