Hey guys,

I have a Liberty MY07 2.5, i have been asking around trying to find the best price on a STi front lip, best price so far has been $640 + del.

Also - is there any where to buy a sti replica lip (save some money :good:)

The part itself is not that expensive. It's the shipping from Japan that's the killer. Mainly because the lip cannot be bent or folded, it has to be delivered in this huge box (think of it as a large whiteboard).

If you can wait, keep an eye out on eBay for pre-owned ones that allow for pick-up.

I remember someone named Bear was selling cheap lips. Not sure what happened to his posts.

gotta be sharp man!! Keep an eye out on these forums as you may get lucky and find someone willing to offload theirs.. but yea.. the size really does not permit them to be transported in a cost efficient manner..

Good luck

I bet a few of them could be shipped together in almost the same box if a few Brisbane guys grouped in together!

Well it is flexible plastic. Perhaps someone who doesn't mind bends and creases in their lip can convince the shipper to fold it a fews times or roll it up so that it fits in a smaller container? :D

There are a heap of us looking for a good deal on STI front lips (For all models). Maybe a group buy is in order. Even if we get it shipped to one central location at least people would be only up for domestic freight.

hmm... maybe if you have enough people wanting to order stuff it may be wise to get a container shipment here to Aus like the guys in the U.S?? I am pretty sure you we could fill it up with lots of liberty goodies!! :P
