Split in bumper

Hey guys, I recently had someone bump into my 06 Liberty and it caused the bumper to split in an almost perfect way. The split is pushed out due to the square metal bar behind it and I can't seem to get the sides to match back together as the right side seems to overlap the left.

I am wondering, what's the best method to fix this and how much will it cost (approx)? Or should I get a new bumper? If so, what costs are involved?
