You'd have to get the amber coloured light to get the white look when turned off.

In the olden days we used to have QUALITY number plates...


But no longer... We make them ourselves in our garages out of recycled cereal packets and insulation tape...

Yeah I think the LED one might be more suitable for the pre facelift headlights because you have those stupid sticking out bits on the chrome ring around the low beam which kind of gets in the way for a CCFL.

I'm thinking of offering to install CCFL/LED rings for people in the near future if anyone is interested in getting theirs done in Melbourne let me know.
