Can't you just go into a Subaru dealer and buy a copy of the DVD?

I tried V15 for my Subaru Liberty Spec B MY 07 last week and it failed to load. I tried both a genuine and copied version from a MY10 GT. Apparently you must buy the disc specific for your model. I haven't contacted subaru yet to verify this.

Somebody I know downloaded V14 a year or two ago, and loaded the ddic into aLexus and it worked OK. Usually the download is an ISO image that you have to expand out .....multiple GB.

So i found v16 for toyota on rapid share. It was from the post that was removed the other day.

I dl'd the individual files, unpacked it and burnt the ISO onto a dvd and it works perfect.

Im a bit reluctant to post the link but if you google 'whereis maps perth wrx' it should be on the first link.

apparently there is two different map discs that work on the subaru sat nav... the denso unit seems to be the more popular one and uses the 'non-redline' disc....not sure if this is still the same with the gen 5s etc...

these are the same discs used in toyotas and lexus cars......... my one uses the 'redline' version which i cant seem to find anywhere..

i might give this one a go, you never know!

Basically the iso file was sitting there and my brother in law used Nero to burn it. Nero apparently handles ISO's (which it does) and it just burnt onto a normal blank dvd.

So I suppose i just did it in the most simple was possible. I wonder if the burning software you used did not do the job properly?? Perhaps try to burn it with diff software.
