Hi,
I have looked at some information about the US MY07 car and it indicates that the rear vision mirrors fold in to improve clearance when parking like a
BMW would, Does the Aussie MY07 Liberty (3.0R Spec.B) do this as well or is only a US based thing.

Thanks

hey grant,

unfortunately i think it is a US thing only. if you want to get folding mirrors you have to do it yourself.

cheers Damian

I had reason to use the manual mirror folding option on my 07 GT, 3 weeks ago on the ferry to Kangaroo Island.

Wound down the electric window, reached out and manually folded the mirror in with my hand.

When we got the car off the ferry I reached out and folded it out again.

Wasn't too difficult. Can't imagine why you'd want an automated option. 8)
