Has Shell V Power changed as it was my favorite fuel could have just got a bad tank full?

Prolly a bad batch - I'm still using it ok. But I did get a bad tank of Vpower racing back when it was avail - no pinging, but stuttered

My dyno results were on Shell V Power

Call up their support line and tell them which tank, it may have been a non-documented shandy incident, someone will look into it. (I know who, too. heh. :P)

All manufacturers have some degree of ethanol in their fuel... they've been doing it for some time, but just small amounts. It's nothing new.

Are you talking about the V-Racing 100 that had E5? Didn't they discontinue that a while back? The only thing I find at Shells now are V-Power 98.

Vpower Racing was E5 (5%)

VPower is not a designated Ehanol fuel

I just filled up last week at Shell with the normal V Power in my 3.0R, no issues here.

Have been informed on good authority that BP Ultimate is a minimum of 100 octane.
