Slightly broken 04' Lib GT

First time poster so go easy pls.
I have a 2004 liberty gt with about 160,000ks on the clock. I bought it third hand as my first car back in 2021 but soon after purchase i noticed the engine was running slightly rough. Long story short, engine runs rough at idle, throws P0171 code from time to time, O2 sensors changed with no fix, and i suspect its burning coolant (white smoke sometimes at operating temp). Subaru themselves had a look and they think someone before me has done some work incorrectly.
Under load the car runs perfectly and is honestly very fun to drive, however, i cant afford any more maintenance/repair on it unfortunately.
What would you recommend i do with it? Its in good condition externally, however will need plenty work internally engine wise. Is there a market for these types of once loved cars? Or is this a job for the wreckers?
