hi everyone just want to get what size engine my sons liberty has and what code it is eg;b11,b12,b13 ect he needs to get a new 01 sensor pre cat and not sure which to get from ebay.. vin no is JF1BL9KL55G014107,,engine type EJ252MPBHE,,model BL9BKHL,, he was told when he bought the car it was a 2.0 litre but I think it is a 2.5 thanks for any help cheers

Exhaust sensors are usually made by Denso, the oem Subaru Denso sensors can be very expensive.
Front a/f sensor

The more affordable sensor will be the Denso oem equivalent from eg Cooldrive or global efi etc, same as oem but in a denso box.

Members have also had luck with the goss oem equivalent part number.

But follow the testing procedures to potentially not ruin a brand new sensor.

Or source a known good used sensor and see if it fixes the issue, but risk ruining it eg if the originating fault affects the sensor, eg incorrect afr due to inlet tract leaks etc causing rich/lean conditions.

BL9 is the VIN code of the B13 series Liberty Sedan with 2.5 litre EJ25 engine.
the 5 in front of the G says that it is a 2005 Year Model
