Adjustable headlights

2005 subaru liberty sedan

are the headlights adjustable, mine seem to be shining into the ground way to close to the car, and the high beams are pretty bad, is this how they are or can i adjust them ?

using Stedi LED's

Assuming these LEDs are in the original housings, and correctly located.
