Apologies if this has been discussed before as I did a search but could not find.

Recently purchase the chrome covers for the headlight washers.

Then I learnt there are more parts needed such as steel brackets:
Part No: 86644G000 (RH)
Part No: 86644G010 (LH)
I could fabricate these if I had a sample.

Then a plastic component that clips in between the chrome cover and end of the washer port. (no separate part number.)
Has anyone considered 3D printing this plastic part? Should be quite some demand for it and sell on the forum?

If anyone has these parts could you please reply as I can't find them on any part supply including 'partsouq'

I have some spare headlight washer parts but probably not that metal clip.
I do have complete headlights to pull apart for the metal part template.

Thanks, however I'm in Sydney.
I have been searching all over the web for these parts. I have noticed now on the forum a way to cable tie the cover to the Tee sprinkler piece when the bracket is not available.

I still need 2 end plastic bits that clip in between the rectangular port and the chrome cover. They would be a good part to solid model and try 3D printing if someone is fluent in this area on the forum.

A dimensioned sketch of the metal bracket as a template would help a lot of people.
