This is what I done yesterday I tried bleeding the air out of the system after I took it for a drive the temp gauge sat just under red this time and kept going up and down but never into the red like it did before it still looses the. Coolant and over heats not sure at this point going to change the radiator and water pump in a few days see if that helps the mechanic reckons it could be a blocked radiator?? If so where does all the coolant go blocked to me means the coolant wouldn't escape to where ever it's going? Not sure any suggestions would do me a solid at this point and the engine light is the front O2 sensors got that coming in post

Do your radiator fans work? A quick test is to find the diagnostic connectors, and temporarily connect them: this cycles the fans.
They’re behind the glovebox or near to the cabin fuse box...
Do you have copious white smoke from the exhaust? If so that’s where your coolant is escaping...
For all general diagnostic procedures I’d recommend downloading your FSM workshop manual, and search it for the interviews related to overheating.
FSM link in my signature below.
As for your engine type, let’s say you have a 2.5i: I see no maf in your airbox, thus your diagnostics will be in H4SO FSM sections, that’s 4cyl, single overhead cam.
