Im thinking of buying this Liberty but it has these hooks above the grille and headlights. Anyone know what they are and if I can remove them?

They look like holders for a plastic bonnet protector.

If they are anything like mine (on a 2008 Forester) they screw in under the bonnet and have a plastic/rubber protector where they touch the bonnet paint.

Bring a screwdriver when you inspect the car to check that you can remove them and any wear marks left on the bonnet paint are acceptable to you.
