hi can someone tell me if I can just unplug the 02 sensor and car will still be ok to drive with no problems only want to clear the fault iv cleared it 3 times now and ive run out of time as we are going overseas tonight and I want to be able to use cruise control to airport as it is I cant use cruise and disconnecting it will I be able to clear the fault..cheers

You will not be able to clear the code if you disconnect it.

Thats not how it works. You will still have a code to say it's not working (because being disconnected is the same as not working).

Similar to what happens if you disconnect and air bag, you don't think you'd get away doing that without some fault code appearing ?

I'm sure if you don't use cruise control, after 5 mins your foot will be doing cruise control without you thinking about it.
