Does the forum have an issue with the Notification emails when receiving a Private Message?

Mine hasn't worked for about 6months.

I get notifications for Thread posts just fine.
And I've confirmed my settings are ok.

Same problem here. I used to receive PM notifications just fine, but have noticed they stopped working some time ago.

Since I still get notifications for subscribed threads I doubt it's due to a problem with my e-mail or spam filtering etc.

So there does seem to be a forum issue?

Ok, thank you. That confirms it's a Forum issue .

Like you said, I still get notifications for subscribed threads. And the emails definitely don't go into my Junk folder (I checked).

The forum error log has no entries since November last year.
I've tried changing one email setting in the config panel. Let's see if it makes a difference.

Strangely - now I didn't receive the notification e-mail for this thread even though I'm subscribed to it?

Same for me now - both Subscribed Thread Updates and PM's are now not sending emails through. The Threads worked until recently. Strange...
Michael sent me a PM this morning. I saw it when I logged in this afternoon, but didn't get a notification.

I got a Pop-up PM notification (a 2nd Window appeared) on my phone today, I've never had that before. But no email notifying me before I logged into the forum.

Sorry Ric, it's more broken than before . No more Thread Notifications either now.

Thread notifications have been working again for a few days. I got one last week, but wanted to make sure. Today I got another one

Yes, they seem to be working again now. Not sure about PM's though.

I didn't get an e-mail notification for the PM, but got one for the thread notification! Lol - back to where we started.

Yeah, same for me. Oh well, thread notifications are more important (I get more of those anyway).
