Finance for a car loan....

Ive got my eyes on another GT and not sure where a good place to look for finance would be... any suggestions would be appreciated
What the going rate? my bank offered 11.15% - is that any good..?

yeah, apparently it does have the front lip aswell. (so Im told) So Im just going through it with them (sorting out finance etc...
