Postby FIEND81 » Thu Oct 06, 2016 8:21 pm

Have recently completed an oil change, filter and cleaned my K'n'N air filter and MAF. ever since then the car has ran crap, displayed solid engine light, flashing cruise control and disabled I-drive. Whats is dam problem?

The problem is you have a Check engine light and needed to get it scanned.

Yeah I've forgotten to plug the maf back in myself when rushing.

If it's not that, definitely just get the codes read at any mechanic.

Dunno, never had an oil change go so badly. Only thing I can think of is if your k&n filter is the oily type. As above get the code scanned it will narrow the search down greatly

Had same problem, left connection to o2 sensor off and had same lights.
Cleaned o2 sensor with CRC mass airflow sensor cleaner and bingo no lights all good. :D
