i remembered reading awhile ago the fuel tank was about 63-65L. Im just wondering because i fuelled up 61.30L and was wondering how close i was before i actually ran out of petrol.

Disclaimer:Please dont say im an idiot because i run down my car to this point. LOL

Wow! You really like to test out your cars mileage :P

When I first got the car I thought it had a 60L tank, but after I filled up with 58L once, I figured I was wrong.

I shall consult my manual when I get home... Anyone keep their's handy by any chance?

Btw, incase anyone is wondering why I don't keep it in my car. I was warned by a friend of mine that log books & manuals are taken on a regular basis for re-birthing cars.

aww. got beaten. I always drive my car down to the point where it doesnt show the range. This usually means that it has less than 40k's to go. because 40 is the last number to show before the dashes apper.

Perhaps there's difference from the A-C to the D?

I'll check my manual when I get a chance & see what mine says :)

Yep I've filled up 3 times when the distance to empty says --, even gone another 10kms after the fact - took about 63lts from memory

I seem to get great economy compared to others - city cycle nets me 9.4-9.6lts/100kms most weeks and it gets a squirt every day, but I suppose I dont give it the berries all the time and tend to drive economically other times.

A/F ratios on mine are spot on too so its not lean

(TBSTI)
