I've made the rookie mistake by accidentally dropping my T10 wedge bulb in the driver's side headlight upon installing my parker lights, is there a way I can remove the headlight cover without having to remove the front bumper?

I think you'll have to remove the bumper unfortunately.

If the light went in, you can get it out.

Long nose pliers are one option (not your standard ones, really long nosed ones, often used in electronics work.

Another option is a stick with something sticky (boom tish) on the end of it - bluetac, double sided tape, etc). Press it against the bulb, pull it out.

Or an olive grabber (seriously, it's a kitchen implement with a long stem that has a "claw" that extends out of it to grab olives and bring them to the operator).

Or one of these.

But you'll probably end up pulling off the front bar and the headlight.
