Just had a question about if there was a difference between the '04 3.0r-b and the '05?

Seriously, the 3.0R Spec-B did not get released until the MY2005 model.
So there is 2004 Build MY05 and 2005 Build MY05.

So in lay-mans terms ones just older than the other?

They would both be MY2005, one of late 2004 manufacture and the other first half of 2005 manufacture
