Is a BorgWarner EFR 7670 big enough for you? I'm biased.

Seriously though, there are hardly any bolt on turbo upgrades for the Gen V. Generally to upgrade the turbo in the Gen V will require a custom manifold (e.g. to an EFR series turbo like mine or some other brand).

If you wanted a bolt on upgrade, I think the only option is a hybrid VF54 turbo with a different compressor wheel? There is one available from Tomioka Racing if I recall.
