Hi
I have a 2004 liberty auto non turbo sedan.
Gears are taking longer to change and the car revs to nearly 5000rpms before it changes gears.
Just wondering if I take it to a mechanic or transmission person?

Have it checked for vacuum leaks. Have seen it before where the computer is not getting the right vacuum signal so holds gears for much loger than it should

Thank you KiDo_Tuning and is that with just a regular mechanic or does it need to go to a transmission specialist?

A regular (good) mechanic should be able to check for vacuum leaks.
