What do you recommend I start on first tuning the engine & getting a new Full exhaust system or
Get rims and Bc Racing Coil Overs first? Also I have quiet a big list in what I want done. What would the best sway bars be? Also where would you find a nice sport looking front bumper?

Seeing as I am a long way down this path already, I would say go with the tune first up. Matt (KiDo_Tuning) is really good at making most of the H6. He takes a bit of time to respond at times, but I can't fault his work.
Getting the exhaust done does liberate a few extra ponies from the car, especially getting headers done. Tradewind is placing an order for another run of headers now so there should be a fresh batch soonish

I can't really talk much about suspension mods at this point. I just had my stock springs compressed a bit to get a better ride height. I think they handle pretty well from the factory otherwise. I have cusco sway bar sitting the garage waiting for me to install it just to reduce the body roll a bit.
Your best place for finding a proper sporty bumper/body kit is probably directly from Japan. There is a massive selection if you have the cash https://www.japanparts.com/

Listen to McDoof.
Get a KiDo_Tuning tune and with the H6 seriously consider one of Matt's E85 tunes, depending upon the availability of E85 in your area.
(McDoof is in NZ, so he misses out on the sweet smelling stuff I enjoy locally. LOL)
The MY06 models will most probably have the larger 1MB ecu, which is more good. Matt would go through that with you.

Then consider suspension and handling improvements and then exhaust later or at the similar time.

You also need a Short Shifter Kit :D

Thank you so much guys helps so much. As we all do we want the best and I guess that goes by preference
I will Deffs look into all that and see how much cash I need to get them done. As I will do all the mods but by bit and I know it will take me a few years. I will keep you guys posted and also look at it too. I will Deffs go for the tuning first then exhaust. I'll look at his tuning and have you guys heard of Cpi Tuning by any chance as I thought of going with them. But sounds like they have good reputation the tuning guy you posted I'll look into it. :)
