I may have given too many options ... let's all just pick a vertical face style first, from there we'll focus on the upper lip/outer edge style... and then whether it's a circlular or Slotted hole

Can't give a price yet I'm sorry. It really depends on the numbers, cost of material etc.
All I can say is that it will be less than the brand name ones.

I spent some time today and did an accurate rendering of (Model 3) as this is so far the most popular.
This gives you a much better idea of the finished product.
