I can vouch for the quality of the product mentioned above, but your money might be better spent elsewhere first.
The only other mods planned for the next few months are just mufflers + exhaust.
I'm planning to get the CAI/Short ram as a safer option of a BOV since it amplifies the sound of the stock BOV with less risk of an aftermarket BOV.
Please correct me if i'm wrong and throw all your suggestions for another path I should take, I would love to hear your opinions so much !!
(first turbo/subaru owned)
Remove the resonator "milk bottle" from the bottom of the air filter box. Costs nothing and will probably give you 90% of what you're looking for.
If you do go down the path of a CAI or changing the silicone intakes you should really get a tune (for safety - with the added benefit of performance).
So you need to factor that cost in. I think it unwise to install a CAI/silicone intake and leave the car un-tuned.
You should also get a tune if you are getting a full exhaust from the turbo back.
You can get aftermarket hybrid BOV's which are subtle on light throttle and only "whoosh" on WOT pedal release.
The "risk" is low having an aftermarket BOV. Your general driving will attract more unwanted attention than what you have hidden under the bonnet.
