ok so i didnt this was possible but i swear since i installed my GFB hybrid BOV i am getting better fuel economy, its setup to vent 50 to atmo and 50 plumback, and since i have done it i would say i am probably getting an extra 50-70klms out of a tank of premium!

i have only had the car for about a month and am still a bit excited over it and drive it pretty heavy footed but i was only getting about 380 to a tank now its up above 400 or the last 2 tanks since fitting the bov?

Depending on how you drive, I would've thought around 400ish was normal on a car with no / limited mods.

I normally have done around 340kms when my empty light turns on. That's all in city driving (Peak hour mostly), but me being fairly light on the loud peddle.

Just for info, I'm running a HKS SSQV (Full atmo) & ECUtek with custom tune. I found that after the ECUtek was installed I slightly better mileage.

more likely to run rich I would suggest, doubt fuel economy will have improved and agree that a good tune will likely get you slightly better economy. Subaru stock tunes are rubbish from my experience.

BOVs have no impact on fuel efficiency - it's only when you back off the throttle that the BOV actually does anything...
