Members,

I am doing some personal research on Mobile phones.

I am interested to find out what brand and model people have.

I am looking at replacing my current Nokia 6280.

btw .. if u need any kind of mobile .. let me know .. as my bro works for voda ... im sure he will get u a good deal !!

im old school using the nokia 6230... weve been through alot together, swimming, drunken nights on the town.. its been dropped countless times, and thrown just as many...

it turns itself off, and the sim card apparently fails all the time...

it hold so much sentimental to me, but im in severe need of a newbie..

Ive been eyeing off the new motorolla slvr.. hmmmm :)

Im using the Nokia N70, its big & technical.... until you get the hang of it. I hate txting on it though my fingers are too fat for the small ass keypad.
My old samsung e730 was much better IMO but now my partner has it & wont give it back.

yeah stay away from Nokia N70. I have it as my work phone and it's a pain in the ass to use. spent 10 mins the other day trying to turn the damn thing on. The ON button didn't seem to work.

Haha & when you do turn it on it takes like another 10min to finally get going so you can use it.

I have a 6280 also, and I'm pretty happy with it.
This is still a fairly new model, why are you wanting to replace it?

nokia 6131....great phone so far makes and receives call.....16.8 millin colour screen

I've got a Motorola V3x - picked it coz it had decent sized keys. It's OK.

My other half has just bought a Sony Ericsson W850i - just out. It's amazing. Screen clarity is superb and the functionality as awsum. leaves the V3x for dead.

I like mine :)
Big screen, big keys, supports 2GB mini-SD cards, so it can act as a nice MP3 player too.

i have the sony ericsson w550i and so far i am pretty happy with it
