No... you're being taken for a ride! Assuming it's still in good condition, a 3.0R-B of that age would sell retail for between $34k and $36k... well a wagon would anyway. Sedans go for less because there's more to choose from and they're cheaper to start with.
Have you negotiated yet or is the dealer going through the sales motions to try you on for size and see if you'll wear the sucker punch?
If you haven't already, do your own research and get your own facts. Don't take a dealers word on vehicle value.

These are good places to start.
Real and perceived value are two very different things with used cars. But clearly, if you bought the car new, then your depreciation is accelerated in the 1st two years because you paid stamp duty on the new value of the car, GST, dealer delivery etc... which is all money down the drain.
Also, if the car is only 18months old, you've got pretty high kilometres on it. That won't help your case, but keep it well presented and sell it privately you'll do much better!
