When someone mentions neons on cars, the first thing that comes to my mind is 17 year old P platers gathering around a mcdonalds on a friday night with their civics trying to look cool while imitating the fast and the furious.
The only place i like seeing neons is either at a strip club or at my local italian restaurant so i know when it's open.
Just my opinion.

I have neons on my car exterior and interior....I hardly use the exterior one (under the car) as I have a switch from inside the car! These were put on as my car was on show for the local Alpine dealership!

There is a reason most normal people don't have neons.
They look sad, tacky and sh&%.
When you see people looking at them and smiling, they are really laughing going "what a knob", so please don't get them.

Well, mine was put on because my car was on display as previously mentioned but in relation to your response....I disagree with the comments. People are allowed and can do whatever they want to their car, so if you want to put them on, by all means....go for it, mate!

I agree, people are allowed to do whatever they want to their car.
He asked for an opinion on whether or not it was good.....I gave mine.

Fair enough, but no need to say that its sh*&, tacky, etc....don't you think we need to give a constructive opinion rather than something like that??? This is a forum where people ask for suggestions!!! That is my 5 cents worth but hey you made your point and 'opinion' so I guess thats it...I respect that!

every one should be allowed to do what ever they want to their car, except put neons on it.

Neon's are a bit of a waste of time. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it is actually a defect to be driving around with them on (Interior or exterior).
If you’re turning your car into a show car, then go for it. But if it’s just a street car I'd stay away from them.
An HID kit, white LEDs in the parkers, number plate area & reversing lights & maybe a few coloured LEDs in the cabin are all you need
