Just spent 3 days in sunny Melbourne! Yes Sydney is raining & Melbourne is sunny. NRL championship team is Melbourne so everything is all backwards.
I must say each time I visit the place I like it more. I am sad to say that Melbourne have far better dressed people, better eateries and a nicer atmosphere. Also can I say that around 50% of all woman I saw were HOT where in Sydney you'd be lucky to see one every day.

I tried to meet someone at a Chapel Street bar..FARK how long is that road!! Too many clubs and bars..also just missed a car shooting..Melbourne really is underbelly!

And the winner of Sydney vs Melbourne.......

Melbourne..lucky bastards......... :x

Theres something about Melbourne i love!

People + (chicks) seem nicer in clubs, the city looks like they've really put alot of pride and effort in making it look good.

I'll be there for a weekend during Sept with a mate running a muck!

Phil.

Last time I was in Melbourne it was for work. I was on a training course in Collins Street and staying not too far from that. O love the atmosphere in Melbourne. You got it right on every aspect other than on works time it's a good time.

I am hoping to score another course down that way soon. There is one on in Sydney and one on Melbourne - all depends on work now (probably end up not going knowing budget cuts and training don't mix).

What I like about Melbourne is that it's quiet when you want, but yet there's also activity and nightlife/action if that's your thing.

Unlike Adelaide, which is just quiet... and Sydney, which is just action... :P
