2007 Liberty roof goes bang thump and sounds like it is about to break something when closing and sometimes when it is about to lock in the closed position it suddenly opens again and cant be closed .

Any ideas as the service department is to busy till after Christmas to deal with my problem. I ask their service manager if they were too busy to take a order for a new car and didn't get a reply.

What is it with Subaru's attitude these days

Make your complaint direct to Subaru Australia. It's their warranty, let them find a place that will honour it in good time.

WTF? yeah... make it know to Subaru Australia.

About the customer service, I have heard from others also that it is slipping...
