Hi guys, just wondering if you have heard any rumors of MORE liberty TB STI coming in the next year or so?

Haven't heard anything but I wouldn't expect them to release another Lib STi until after the release of the new Lib in 2009. Mind you, I've been wrong before!

One of my bro's customers is sum Subaru general mgr apparently and told him there will be one released next yr. Thats all i heard, and im taking it as a grain of salt. Im guessing if so it will be the tb STi version with the new wheels released in Japan.

The 07's just didnt sell as well as the 06, the 06 black sold out within hours at the motorshow...

I'm also not a fan of the latest revised Jap rims.... I'm probally biased.

id say it was the price that stopped them selling quicker. 73K is a fair bit of coin for a subaru.

Last week they dropped the price on a few of em and they sold 6 of em.

I'm pretty sure that there is only one left in Vic and its a silver auto.

I think there are a couple left in NSW.

just confirmed with one of the dealers that there will be more coming maybe april next year (08). 73k? I thought the rpr is 75k or something, maybe i am wrong.

RRP is 65k, while on the road after all the other charges 72-73k. When you work out all the extras you get for 10k over the standard GT-B price it's great value. :)

I don't believe this sorry.

Car dealers never know about the new models. They are purposefully only told about them when their release is imminent as they are meant to only be selling what is readily available for delivery.

My opinion is that the Tuned by Sti products will continue for both wrx and liberty models. They may not make SOA millions directly but they push the already popular cars to greater sales volumes and clearly encourage after market mods market. The yanks are screaming for the TB for their Legacy. Check out legacygt.com sometime and it almost makes you feel sorry for them.
