New flash guys, yes this was me....

"Poor bugger died in the ass?" You must be so full of yourself mate... I didn't see any R32's on the way there.

I hit a kangaroo on the way to Jenolan caves Saturday morning. My automatic transmission was leaking so I had to get it towed back to Sydney.

My car will be off the road for a while now..

Wasn't a nice experience so I don't find it funny. I was lucky enough it didn't go through my windscreen.

Hey Trieu, be careful going through insurance mate.

You may need to get a police report (insurance companies want Event numbers if your car was towed).

But seeing as it damaged your transmission and was leaking, I am assuming it is only the Oil Cooler and thats where it is leaking from?

Have a look, and see if it just smashed that and all you need to do is get a new one which I think was about $200 from what the other guys said.

I always say the best acco you can have is one you walk away from, because I see them every day where people are not so fortunate.

Hey Brendon, yeah I am ok, on my way to take photos at Jenolan Caves with some friends.

Farken happen so fast through... all I saw was the kangaroo jumped twice and landed on the road.

I braked but wasn't in time.

Skooby, yeah I have a tow bar so the Auto cooler is located in the front, that cracked open and I had to limp to the Jenolan Caves carpark and then called the tow truck.

Thanks for the advice, will call and make a police report this evening and then call my insurance company.

Trieu,

Glad to hear you're OK!

Any accident is always bad, had a few myself, and some avoiding head-ons from others.

Bloody animals.. I'm always paranoid bout em jumping out.. but during the day? damn..
