New plates today

Postby corym » Thu Oct 19, 2006 1:16 am

Just got paid. And paid alot for once. And with all but 1 bill done, and nothing to spend my hard earned cash on, it's time to head to vicroads and stick on these custom plates from my old car.

So if you see a Gen 3 RX with MRBNGL plates ( as in mr bungle - the band, NOT mr bingle, mr bangle, mr bojangles etc etc.. ) say hi! I'll look like this :

no longer on the 'rolla:

on top of that, i just got the confirmation my new ANZ eftpos card will look like :

gotta lurve their "design my card" promo.

Makes shelling out for mods on the card even more enticing when you can show the car off on the card!

Gotta admit, "Mr Bojangles" was my first thought when I saw the plate ;)

Looks very nice. When I first saw the plate I thought Mr Bangle and the first person that came to mind was Mr Bangle, the head of the BMW Design Team.....

Looks great though.

Cool, another Bungle fan.
I'm pretty sure I saw those plates years and years ago at a Mr Bungle concert at the Palace in St Kilda... did I??

There's a couple of bands in there that I don't know, but it sounds like you have good tastes in music 8)
