From my current testing, adding the gutted mufflers (high flow mufflers only) and openning up the intake in front of the filter, has lead to slightly worse (~.5l/100) fuel economy. But the mufflers on their own or the airbox on it's own gave ~0.5l/100 better fuel economy.

This is 100% consistent with what the Subaru ECU programming approach does on GDB WRX's (what I had prior to this car).

Saying this though, at cruise (on a freeway) the open intake AND exhaust will nett better fuel economy, but as soon as you put the right foot down, your economy goes out the window (and fast).

i just filled up my tank this morning and reset my trip metre. i will keep an eye on the fuel usage but currently at 10.4 but ive only done 30kms

this is a 2.0T tho
