Tints

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

Haha totally agree jim, i need to get around to it asap! I think my car looks absolutely terrible in its current form without the tint, it just doesn't look right at all.

+1 jim. also i drove a friends car a couple of weeks ago that is un-tinted on a sunny day and was amazed at how strong the sun felt on my arm, to the point of it being quite uncomfortable.

I've three tints on my car, a purpley tint from a previous owner on all the windows, but then I put two more doors on my car due to an accident, so now the two new doors have a different window tint, but the rear door off the new doors I have, the glass doesn't fit (doors are off a sedan > my wagon), so I've got myself some more glass from a wreckers... 3 different tints, 2 different coloured doors... 1 poopy looking lib :(

Took mine to Optiontint to get mine done , cant praise highly enough
We had alot of probs matching it cause of the white interior , ended up with with 3 diff grades to match it so it looked the same all round from the outside , but they did it by putting what they did to Jims and Trieu's first but he wasnt happy with the result, so changed the rear doors again and then another shade on the back to get rid of the white parcel shelf coming thru
Looking out is very close on the sides with the rear a bit darker but you dont notice it when driving
Held off for so long simply worrying about how the different tints would match but really happy with the result

Jim S, wait until you get the sways! They are x3 more effective at improving handling. But it's good you went on this run, because you'll have something to compare it to once you get sways.

As far as I can recall
15% front
35% rear sides
20% rear (I think)
Remember Phil this was cause of the white interior and the rear shelf showing thru with the 35 , Im sure with the normal interior would have gone 35 at the back
