can L and P plate drive turbo cars?

Nearly everything is in here to start with.
If it's about your car, or Subaru's in general, put it in "Subaru Chat".

I just hope all the L and Ps can drive safely. Too many accidents with P license. still horrify from reading the news about that ford killed 5 just few month ago.

Whilst I appreciate the tragic loss - when I saw the only survivor saying "we weren't doing much - just running red lights . . ." etc all of my sympathy left very quickly.

If one of my mates was running red lights I'd be out of the car IMMEDIATELY.

My mates told me about that on 1 of the nights we wanted to go out driving on, All my mates know im a decent driver as im not stupid enough to put my friends life at risk or my own plus i dont want my car damaged in anyway, I dont see how people think running reds are cool or doing 120 in a 50 zone is fun its stupid and as its been said People get killed by it. Im still new to driving but i have been taught that doing stupid things ends in tragedy, When i wanna fly around and go fast ill take my MX bike out to the local track to do that not endanger the lives of my friends and myself.

Nothing worse than killing all your mates and your the survivor by listening to them hoaxing you on to speed up more. ive had 1 person do that in my car telling me to "Hoon around" So i stopped at a local servo and told him to get out and walk back home

you got to look at that, this was a option that you could of choose years ago now, the goverment states that if a family can afford a V8 or a turbo car, then they can afford a shitty little 4 cylinder or 6 cylinder car for the p platers in the family....

u look at the average cost for a V8 the holden ve R8 is like 65 70k a audi 2l turbo is like 60 65k so if a family can afford to buy and up keep a V8 or turbo then they can deff afford a 5 to 8 k car for the p platers......

Well said Ethan. If only all P Platers were like yourself. Congrats to your parents and yourself for being smart enough to know what to do and when do it.
