MY07 Liberty GT spec B CEL light

I've had the car for about a week and just completed an oil change. It has a K'n'N panel filter. I've had them before in my EJ20T powered Vortex XT and had no problems, so I thought hey why not clean and re-oil it. Ever since then I've got solid cel light, flashing cruise control and no i-drive. I pulled out the MAF and cleaned it with the MAF cleaner, still getting the same reading. Anybody else had this problem before? and should I just reset my ecu and see if it goes away or spend $$$$ for subaru to just clear it?
