Boost gauge electrical wiring

Postby FIEND81 » Mon Oct 03, 2016 2:55 pm

Hey guys I'm new to the forum, and new to a MY07 liberty GT spec B. Great car, so tinker time. The car was fitted with an aftermarket boost gauge, however it was disconnected. The previous owner told me he did it because the light was annoying him? I'm trying to reconnect it but am a little confused. The line that runs into the engine bay is there, with the brass T piece with a short length of rubber hose. It isn't long enough to reach the BOV. I cant see where it was connected previously. I know people often connect it to the BOV line, and have heard varying attachment lines. The other question is around the electrical wiring. My diagram says to connect the white wire to the 12v dash and the orange to the battery. It was previously connected into the fuse box under the drivers side (Australian), but doesn't work. Can anybody tell me the best fuses to piggy back off in this situation? Thanks in advance
